º. Diseño. El Instituto Nacional de Medicina Legal y Ciencias Forenses pondrá en funcionamiento el sistema de información que cumpla las disposiciones generales de este Decreto y con los requisitos técnicos que aseguren que la información registrada es conforme a la recibida y que se cumplen los requisitos de seguridad en el acceso a la información.

Parágrafo

El Gobierno Nacional destinará una partida presupuestal anual para el funcionamiento y operatividad del Registro Nacional de Desaparecidos.
