Artículo primero. Apruébanse las reformas introducidas a los estatutos del fondo rotatorio del ministerio de justicia, por el acuerdo número 36 de 1975, emanado de la junta directiva de ese organismo y cuyo texto es el siguiente: "Acuerdo número 36 de 1975 (noviembre 7) por el cual se introducen unas modificaciones a los estatutos del Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio de Justicia. La Junta Directiva del Fondo Rotatorio del ministerio de justicia, en ejercicio de sus facultades legales y estatutarias, ACUERDA:
