° Cuatro de los vigilantes serán jefes de las cuatro secciones en que se divide el presidio y tendrán las obligaciones que se les imponen por los artículos 10 y 11 del Reglamento. Para estos empleos no podrán ser nombrados sino individuos maestros en herrería, zapatería, hilados, tegidos y talabartería. Estos vigilantes, el encargado del Hospital y dos de los otros vigilantes tienen lo mismo que el Subdirector y los empleados en la sección de mujeres, obligaciones de pernoctar el establecimiento.
