° Cuando al realizar los cruces entre los volúmenes de combustible entregados, transportados, recibidos y los vendidos por los Distribuidores existan diferencias no justificadas, el Ministerio de Minas y Energía además de imponer las sanciones administrativas a que haya lugar, enviará los documentos pertinentes a la Fiscalía General de la Nación para que se inicie la investigación correspondiente.
