La Nación constituirá una Comisión de honores para el traslado de los despojos mortales del doctor Manuel Antonio Sanclemente, hasta la ciudad de Buga, su tierra natal y en donde en mausoleo especial situado en la plazoleta del recién restaurado Palacio de Justicia sede del Tribunal Superior, que él fundara, reposarán.
