Cédese al Municipio de Usaquén, gratuitamente, y con destino a la instrucción pública, un lote de terreno de propiedad de la Nación, comprendido dentro de los linderos siguientes: por el Norte, con lote y casa de herederos de Abelardo Zambrano, por el Oriente, en parte, con propiedad de Julián Morales, y en parte, con la carrera tercera de la población de Usaquén; por el Sur con lote que fue de Adriana Velásquez, hoy de Ignacio González Torres, y por el Occidente, con la Carretera Central del Norte.
