°. Ajustes al presupuesto del bienio 2013-2014 . Teniendo en cuenta lo dispuesto en el artículo 12 de la Ley 1606 de 2012 y realizado el cierre presupuestal de la vigencia 2012 presente en el artículo 5° de este decreto, a continuación se adelanta un ajuste al presupuesto del Sistema General de Regalías para el bienio 2013-2014, incluyendo la disponibilidad inicial en los ingresos del presupuesto del Sistema e identificando las apropiaciones con las que se atenderán giros pendientes de realización.
