Artículo dieciocho. La planilla o guía a que se refiere 1 el artículo anterior se expedirá en original y 5 copias para movimiento interno o de exportación, que se distribuirán así: El original será entregado al transportador y necesariamente, acompañará al cargamento en todo el trayecto del viaje. Este original será anexado al respectivo manifiesto, si el cargamento es de exportación, o entregado a la autoridad municipal de control en el lugar de destino, si el de consumo interno. La primera copia, a la Superintendencia Nacional de Producción y Precios: la segunda, a la Dirección Nacional de Aduanas; la tercera, el Idema; la cuarta, a la oficina expedidora, y la quinta, al propietario del cargamento.
