Auméntase en tres mil pesos ($3,000) la partida a señalada en el Decreto número 1898 del presente año, dará saneamiento del puerto de Buenaventura, Esta suma se imputará al capítulo 56. Artículo 568, del Presupuesto de la actual vigencia
