Prohibición . Las agencias de aduana no podrán realizar labores de consolidación o desconsolidación de carga, transporte de carga o depósito de mercancías, salvo cuando se trate de almacenes generales de depósito, para el caso de almacenamiento de mercancías o cuando se tenga la calidad de operador económico autorizado, conforme al tratamiento especial de que trata el artículo 35 de este decreto.
