ARTICULO 2.1.3.2.23 .-- TRASLADO A OTRA ADMINISTRADORA. La permanencia de un trabajador en un fondo de cesantía será voluntaria. En consecuencia todo afiliado puede transferir el valor de sus unidades a otra administradora, previo aviso a aquélla en la cual se encuentre afiliado y a su empleador, en la forma y plazo que determine el reglamento.

Parágrafo

- El Gobierno fijará el procedimiento que deba seguirse para efectos del traslado de los saldos de cesantía por parte de todo trabajador de un fondo a otro de la misma naturaleza.
