Los aspectos generales no contemplados en este Decreto, se regirán por las disposiciones contempladas en la legislación aduanera vigente y de manera especial por lo dispuesto en los Decretos 2666 de 1984, 1144 de 1990, 2402 de 1991, 1909 de 1992 y 2615 de 1993 y las normas que los adicionen o modifiquen.
