Artículo tercero. El gasto que ocasione este Decreto se atenderá con dineros del Fondo Rotatorio de Fomento Económico, creado por el Decreto extraordinario número 1157 de 1940, y en consecuencia no afecta las apropiaciones del Presupuesto Nacional. Comuníquese y publíquese.
