Sanciones

Sanciones. Las sanciones consisten en:

A. Multas.

B. Suspensión de matrículas, licencias, registros o permisos de operación.

C. Suspensión o cancelación de la licencia de funcionamiento de la empresa transportadora.

D. Inmovilización o retención del vehículo.
