Del efecto de la improbación de los contratos: Cuando el Departamento Administrativo de Intendencias y Comisarías. DAINCO, impruebe, un contrato, la Intendencia o Comisaría dispondrá de un término de diez (10) días para presentar un nuevo contrato o hacer los respectivos ajustes, según el caso.
