De la dotación de agua potable en los terminales portuarios. Los terminales construidos en zonas que carezcan de suministro de agua potable, sistemas de alcantarillado, de recolección y de disposición sanitaria de desechos sólidos, deberán dotarse convenientemente de ellos, de manera que cumplan con la Ley 09 de 1979 y sus disposiciones reglamentarias.
