Destínase la suma de doscientos mil pesos ($200.000.00) moneda corriente, para adquirir la estatua del doctor Diego Luis Córdoba. La suma anterior será girada al Tesoro del Departamento del Chocó, para que esa entidad haga el contrato correspondiente. Asímismo se autoriza al Gobierno Nacional para apropiar la anterior partida, y todas las que sean necesarias para el estricto cumplimiento de esta Ley, y además, para hacer los traslados que sean necesarios.
