La calidad de representante de los trabajadores se perderá en el caso de terminar la vinculación laboral del Consejero con un empleador afiliado a la respectiva Caja, o cuando el trabajador deje de ser beneficiario del Subsidio Familiar, o por pérdida de la calidad de miembro o afiliado por parte del empleador.
