Adiciónese el Estatuto Tributario con el siguiente artículo:

“ Artículo 293-1. Hecho generador. Por el año 2011, el impuesto al patrimonio, al que se refiere el artículo 292-1, se genera por la posesión de riqueza a 1° de enero del año 2011, cuyo valor sea igual o superior a tres mil millones de pesos ($3.000.000.000)”.
