ARTICULO 40. - Son funciones de los Profesionales Universitarios (Estadísticos) : 1ª.- Llevar las estadísticas de los procesos disciplinarios que tramite el Consejo Superior de la Judicatura; 2ª.- Solicitar informes a los Tribunales sobre los procesos disciplinarios que tramiten en primera instancia; 3ª.- Presentar trimestralmente un informe detallado de las estadísticas anteriores al Secretario de la Sección de Carrera Judicial; 4ª.- Las demás que les determine la ley, los reglamentos o el Estatuto de la Carrera Judicial.
