Formarán quórum en las reuniones de la Junta tres (3) miembros, bien principales o suplentes. Los actos de la Junta Directiva, ya sean de carácter general o especial, se denominarán "Acuerdos", y se llevarán las firmas del Presidente de la Junta y de su Secretario.
