Art. 253. Es potestativo a los introductores espresar o nó en los manifiestos las clases de la tarifa a que pertenecen las mercancías, sin sufrir pena alguna por la omision. Al resolver que los reconocedores de la Aduana hagan la clasificacion, dejarán en blanco las correspondientes casillas, a fin de que éstos la practiquen, sin perjuicio de que los interesados puedan reclamar contra ella si la creyeren injusta, haciendo uso de los recursos legales.
