º Las Gerencias o Administraciones de todos las loterías establecidas o que se establezcan en el país, quedan obligadas a consignar en las Administraciones de Hacienda nacional, al mismo tiempo con el impuesto creado por la Ley 12 de 1932, antes de la verificación de cada sorteo, el dos por ciento (2%) del valor de todos y cada uno de los premios de cien o más pesos que se vayan a rifar en el respectivo sorteo.
