Prima de clima. Tendrán derecho a percibir la prima de que trata el artículo 61 del decreto 613 de 1977, los oficiales y suboficiales que presten sus servicios en aquellos lugares específicamente determinados por el Ministerio de Defensa, siempre y cuando acrediten una permanencia mínima de quince (15) días dentro de mes.
