Artículo quinto. En la forma contractual prevista en el artículo anterior, el Gobierno entregara al Instituto Zooprofilactico Colombiano las sumas que en el Presupuesto Nacional de 1958 apropien para personal y material de la Sección de Aftosa, y sumas equivalentes que en los subsiguientes años de vigencia, y sumas equivalentes en los subsiguientes a\os de vigencia del contrato se apropien presupuestalmente para la finalidad indicada.
