Articulo 2º Cuando quiera que, en desempeño de tales funciones la doctora Aura Lucia Mera deba desplazarse, tendrá derecho a que se le expidan pasajes y a que se le asignen viáticos y gastos de representación adecuados a su rango, los cuales se pagaran con cargo al presupuesto del Fondo de Promoción de Exportaciones, PROEXPO.
