º Si se presenta oposición antes de la celebración del matrimonio, se dará por terminado el trámite notarial. El escrito de oposición se presentará personalmente, bajo la gravedad de juramento, el cual se presume con la sola firma del opositor, acompañado de las pruebas que pretenda hacer valer. La oposición temeraria será sancionada de acuerdo don lo establecido en la ley.
