Artículo único. Las asignaciones mensuales de los Oficiales de Sanidad de las fuerzas militares son las determinadas por el artículo 1.º de la Ley 55 de 1938, con excepción de las correspondientes a aquellos puestos que tienen una asignación superior fijada por los Decretos orgánicos en vigencia. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
