En el año 2022, el FONPET deberá girar a la Administradora Colombiana de Pensiones - COLPENSIONES, el valor de los bonos pensionales cobrados y no pagados por las entidades territoriales, sin necesidad de autorización previa por parte de las mismas y siempre que hayan sido ingresados a través del aplicativo establecido para tal efecto. COLPENSIONES y las entidades territoriales deberán llevar a cabo mesas de trabajo con el fin de depurar las deudas por este concepto y hacer los cruces de cuentas o el reintegro de recursos al FONPET, si a ello hubiera lugar.
