Indemnización por muerte . A la muerte de un Alférez, Guardiamarina, Pilotín o Alumno de las Escuelas de Formación de Oficiales, en actividades relacionadas con su preparación militar o del servicio, sus beneficiarios en el orden determinado en el Artículo 169 del presente Estatuto, tendrán derecho a que por el Tesoro Público se les pague una indemnización igual a doce (12) meses de sueldo básico correspondiente. Si la muerte ocurriere por acción directa del enemigo en el mantenimiento del orden público la indemnización se pagará doble.
