ARTICULO 86. Prestaciones en caso de separación. Los Agentes separados en forma temporal o absoluta bajo la vigencia del presente Decreto, tendrán derecho, tanto ellos como sus beneficiarios, a las prestaciones sociales que se determinan en el Capítulo VI, Título V de este Estatuto.
