La Superintendencia de Sociedades ejercerá, a partir de la vigencia de la presente Ley, las funciones de inspección y vigilancia de los Fondos Ganaderos constituidos o que se constituyan, con las mismas atribuciones legales que venía ejerciendo su control la Superintendencia Bancaria, además de las asignadas al Superintendente de Sociedades por las normas del presente estatuto, las disposiciones especiales y las del Código de Comercio.
