Artículo primero. Hócense las siguientes creaciones en el personal de nuevos servicios del ramo de telégrafos del ministerio de correos y telégrafos Una plaza de Telegrafista Administrador de Turbay (Santander), con asignación mensual de $ 125.00 Una plaza de Telefonista de la Oficina Mixta de Puente Nacional (Santander), con asignación mensual de 125.00 Suman $ 256.00

Parágrafo

El gasto que demande el cumplimiento del artículo anterior se imputará al Capitulo 99, articulo 2019 del Presupuesto vigente.
