Articulo 88. De la duración de las comisiones de estudio Las comisiones de estudios podrán conferirse hasta por doce (12) meses prorrogables por un periodo igual salvo los termines consagrados en convenios sobre asistencia técnica celebrados con gobiernos extranjeros u organismos internacionales.
