Deróganse los artículos 20, 21, 22 y 24 de la Ley 49 de 1927 .

Parágrafo

Autorizase a los Municipios para eximir de todo impuesto las habitaciones de valor hasta de cinco mil pesos ($5.000) cuando estas sean ocupadas por sus dueños y constituyan su único patrimonio.

Parágrafo

En el Municipio de Bogotá tal exención podrá comprender las habitaciones hasta de valor de diez mil pesos ($10.000).
