Notificación del dictamen. Los dictámenes se consideran notificados el día de la audiencia privada en que se profirieron. En caso de no concurrencia del afiliado, pensionado, o beneficiario, interesado, la notificación la hará el secretario por correo certificado, dentro de los dos (2) días hábiles siguientes a la audiencia. Esta notificación se entenderá surtida mediante la constancia del envío de la comunicación.
