Art. 44. Es prohibido el ejercicio simultáneo de dos empleos, remunerados ó no, ya sean éstos de la Nación, de los Departamentos ó de los Municipios, ya pertenezcan uno á una de dichas entidades y otro á cualquiera de las otras dos.

Mantiénese la excepción contenida en la ley 10ª de 1886.
