Artículo. 2.16.3.3.6. Desecho de productos pesqueros y/o de la acuicultura. Los productos de la pesca y de la acuicultura que, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 35 de la Ley 13 de 1990, tengan que desecharse definitivamente, deberán ser incinerados o enterrados de acuerdo con los mecanismos establecidos por las Autoridades Competentes.
