Art. 2.° Mientras se consignen los profesores i aparatos necesarios para montar bien dichas Escuelas, el Gobierno nacional, de acuerdo con el de Bolívar, dispondrá que se erijan en la espresada ciudad Escuelas superiores de varones i de mujeres, de acuerdo con el referido decreto orgánico.
