Sanciones. El incumplimiento de las disposi ciones previstas en este Decreto, acarreará para el infractor una de las siguientes sanciones, sin perjuicio de las previstas en el Título 7º del Código Penal

Multa hasta dos millones de pesos ($ 2.000.000.00) de acuerdo con la capacidad económica del infractor y la gravedad del hecho.

Decomiso de los productos o artículos que han sido objeto de especulación o acaparamiento.

Arresto inconmutable hasta por treinta (30) días.

Cierre del establecimiento Industrial o Comercial hasta por treinta (30) días.

Cancelación definitiva de Ia licencia de funcionamiento industrial o comercial del infractor.
