Decreto 836 de 1947 · Por el cual se aplaza el funcionamiento de la Caja de Previsión Social de Empleados Civiles y Obreros del ramo de Guerra

Artículo único. Aplázase el funcionamiento de la Caja de Previsión Social de Empleados Civiles y Obreros del Ramo de Guerra mientras se apropia la partida presupuestal necesaria para atender al pago del aporte de la Nación para dicha Caja.

Parágrafo

Ordénase la devolución de las cuotas pagadas por los afiliados de la misma, las cuales principiarán a recaudarse nuevamente cuando se obtenga el aporte de la Nación y desde la fecha que señale el Ministerio de Guerra.
