Asignación de recursos. El Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público asignará los recursos necesarios para que la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión Pensional y Contribuciones Parafiscales de la Protección Social (UGPP) y el Fondo de Pensiones Públicas del nivel nacional (Fopep) ejerzan las funciones derivadas de lo establecido en el presente capítulo. El Gobierno nacional hará las operaciones presupuestales necesarias en el presupuesto de gastos del Ministerio del Trabajo - Fondo de Pensiones Públicas del nivel nacional (Fopep), para garantizar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones pensionales de que trata el presente capítulo.
