°. Comisionase a la Junta de Conversión para hacer reacuñar por cuenta del Gobierno todas las monedas de plata antigua que le han quedado sobrantes.

Parágrafo

Las monedas antiguas que tenga la Junta en Londres las hará reacuñar en la Casa de Moneda de Birmingham, en las mismas condiciones que ha venido verificándolo con las anteriores reacuñaciones. Las que tiene en Barranquilla las hará reacuñar en la Casa de Moneda de Medellín en condiciones que no sean más gravosas que las obtenidas en Inglaterra.
