Art. 22. La cuenta de Redencion de censos será igualmente deudora de la de El Tesoro por las imputaciones que hayan de hacerse a la última, de los valores que ingresen a las respectivas Administraciones de Hacienda, o a la Ajencia jeneral, por cuenta de capitales acensuados o a intereses, cuya redención se haya propuesto. Dicha cuenta tendrá crédito de Caja, Bonos o Billetes, según el caso, i estará siempre saldada.
