Curso Básico De Capacitación

Curso básico de capacitación . Para ascender al grado de Capitán o Teniente de Navío. Los oficiales de las Fuerzas Militares deberán adelantar y aprobar un curso que se denominará "Básico de Capacitación" y que tendrá una duración mínima de veinticuatro (24) semanas, de acuerdo con programación académica expedida por los respectivos Comandos de Fuerza y aprobada por el Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares.

Parágrafo

Cuando se trate de Oficiales del Cuerpo Logístico en especialidades que requieran título universitario o sacerdotal, el curso a que se refiere este Artículo tendrá un contenido académico diferente y su duración mínima será de doce (12) semanas.
