Articulo 58. El Auditor será un empleados permanente de la Caja, que tendrá a su cargo la inspección y vigilancia de todos los actos y contratos que la Caja celebre y de su contabilidad, y deberá vigilar por el estricto cumplimiento, por parte de los diversos organismos o empleados de la Institución, de las leyes, los estatutos, los reglamentos y las disposiciones de la Junta Directiva. El Auditor deberá dar cuenta inmediata al Gerente o a la Junta Directiva, según los casos, de cualquier irregularidad que anote, y procurara que se le ponga inmediato remedio.
