del artículo 2° del Decreto 2876 de 2013, el cual quedará así: “

Mecanismos electrónicos. Comprenden mecanismos electrónicos, entre otros, los siguientes

Operaciones a través de teléfonos celulares.

Pagos por internet, y

Transferencias electrónicas realizadas de manera virtual o remota, como por ejemplo las efectuadas a través de la sucursal virtual y la sucursal telefónica.”.
