º . Vigencia . El presente decreto entrará a regir a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga los artículos 1º, 2º, 21 y 26 del Decreto 2170 de 2002 y las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias, sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el artículo 6º del presente decreto.
