°. Incorporación de los planes de ordenación en los planes de gestión ambiental regional. Las cuencas hidrográficas priorizadas mediante este decreto deberán ser incorporadas al respectivo Plan de Gestión Ambiental Regional, PGAR, e incluidas en los programas y proyectos del Plan en el respectivo Plan de Acción Trienal, PAT, a los que se refiere el Decreto 1200 de 2004 o la norma que lo modifique o sustituya.
