Para efecto del registro patrimonial las Contralorías DepartamentaIes tendrá que llevar un registro pormenorizado y actualizado de los bienes d e propiedad del Departamento, junto con el de inventario de almacenes y talleres que posean. Las entidades descentralizadas presentaran anualmente a la Contraloría a más tardar el 31 de marzo; una relación de los bienes bajo su responsabilidad para que sean lncorporadas en el balance de la Hacienda.
